WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THESE TERMS COVER

These Terms govern your use of NALVS, operated by A.L.A Beauty LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("NALVS," "we," "us"), 12530 Fairwood Pkwy, Bowie, MD 20720. By creating an account or using NALVS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use NALVS.

Using the service

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Please give accurate information and tell us at support@nalvs.com if you think your account has been misused.

NALVS may show real products and links to third-party stores. We don't sell those products, and the stores are responsible for pricing, availability, shipping, and returns. We may earn a commission when you buy through our links. A commercial relationship never decides whether a product is suggested as suitable, and paid promotions will be clearly marked.

Payments and content

You keep ownership of your photographs and anything you submit ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to process Your Content only to provide NALVS to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell it and don't use your photographs to train AI. You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content and that photographs show only you (or someone who has agreed to it).

NALVS offers free and paid memberships. Prices, billing periods, and usage allowances are shown in the app before you buy and may be updated with notice. Purchases are made through your app store (Apple or Google). Your membership renews automatically until you cancel in your app store settings, at least [24 hours] before renewal. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies. If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to you. We may apply fair-use limits to protect the service.

Liability

NALVS provides AI-assisted beauty suggestions, virtual try-on previews, and product ideas. Please understand that:

• Results are previews and suggestions, not guarantees. Lighting, cameras, screens, and skin condition change how colours look. A photograph cannot guarantee an exact foundation or shade match.

• AI can make mistakes. Check suggestions yourself before you rely on them.

• Not medical or dermatological advice. NALVS doesn't diagnose or treat skin conditions. Always patch-test products and check ingredients if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and stop using anything that irritates you. Ask a doctor or dermatologist about skin concerns.

• Features may change. Some features may be limited, changed, or removed, and product availability depends on the catalogue and our partners.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any reaction to a product you choose to buy or use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or [$100]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and ending use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Data and privacy; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if the law requires it. Sections that by nature should continue (ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, disputes) continue after your account ends.

DISCLAIMERS

NALVS is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will suit you, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Maryland. / Your attorney may add an arbitration clause and class-action waiver here.] Some places give consumers rights that these Terms cannot override.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. We'll tell you in the app if a change is significant, and the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use NALVS after a change means you accept it.

OUR RIGHTS

NALVS, including its software, design, name, and content (other than Your Content), belongs to A.L.A Beauty LLC and its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
